Shipping and Handling Policy

• Domestic Orders:
• Orders are processed within 24 hours and shipped USPS  priority which includes insurance and tracking for a $6.00 flat rate. 
• Orders are shipped everyday except Sunday and major holidays.
• Orders within the state of Ohio are subject to 6.75% sales tax.
• Canadian Shipping:
• Orders shipped to Canada will be processed and shipped USPS.
• Rates for shipping to Canada are as follows:
• Purchase total $.01-$99.99 = $25.95 shipping
• Purchase total $100.00-$199.99 = $48.00 shipping
• Purchase total over $200.00 and above = $60.00
• Orders usually take 1-3 weeks but in some cases may take longer to arrive. We will provide tracking on orders, however packages cannot be tracked once they leave the U.S.
• Blooming Blocks Quilt Fabric is not responsible for the package once it enters the postal stream.

Customs:
Any customs, duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.  We cannot control whether a package gets delayed and/or charged duties and taxes by customs in any international country.
All prices are in U.S dollars. We are not responsible for any exchange rate differences.

Payment Methods:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Paypal, and Money Orders.
We reserve the right to refuse any order.

Returns:
We want customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. All orders are inspected before shipping. We deal with high quality products and make every effort to ensure you receive premium goods. If you should receive a product that is defective we will exchange the item or issue a store credit within 30 days at the discretion of Blooming Blocks. We do not accept returns on cut yardage and/or non defective items.  Due to copyright laws we cannot accept returns on patterns or books.  Sale items and Happy Hour deals are at a deep discount are sold as a "final sale".  Please contact us at colleen@bloomingblocks.com with any questions.

Privacy Policy:
We respect your privacy and will not use any of your personal information for any reason other than to process your order. We will never share or sell your contact information or email list to any  outside parties.
